This big, drapey, crescent shaped shawl was a joy to knit. If you love to knit lace, as I do, this one is for you. The lace is deep, crisp, almost nautical in its feel juxtaposed with the casual of the denim color yarn. This is such a summery knit.

You will need to know or learn to (instructions for all techniques are included as is a big, easy to read chart) co, k, p, ssk, k2tog, yo, w&t, and bo. There are also written directions for those who don’t like to work from charts.

This would be fabulous as a wedding shawl, all in white or off white. Think of it in red for Valentine’s day! It would be a very welcome gift also.
