Another pattern which is ideal for new knitters wanting to do something more exciting than Garter stitch or Stockinette!!

This is another project where it really doesnt matter what yarn or needle size you use, I would recommend using the needle size on the ball band of your yarn!

I have included instructions on two different kinds of diagonal rib:

1) Reversible rib - series of knit and purl stitches that create a soild but reversible rib
2) Open rib - features: Knit, Purl, SSK tbl and basic YO’s - This rib produces an open rib (like my scarf) but this pattern is not reversible!
