With just a few simple cable twists and a playful, tiered rib edge, this neckwarmer is perfect for those looking to move beyond beginner scarfs, for some practice working in the round, or those needing an introduction to cables.

This pattern was designed specifically to use with Mochi Plus yarn.

Any worsted or DK weight yarn soft enough to wrap around the neck would work great for this project. If you are unsure about the gauge, get at least 105 yards. For those who would like to work with sport of sock yarn, use the recommended needle size and gauge given on the yarn label - the piece should be approximately 15.5 inches around by 7 inches high. Increase the rib rows (1 and 45), and cast on enough stitches to add another panel (Each panel is 17 stitches).
