This pattern is designed with the cute little dog in mind 2-20 lbs. It is a great fun and easy pattern to make. it just slips on the dog, no snaps, clips or velcro to mess with. I chose to pair it with a ruffle skirt instead of “pants” because it just seemed perfect.
