This cowl/headband is worked in Lily’s unique take on the doubleended, circular Tunisian technique. It works up quickly on a large hook, and there are no fl oats to be found anywhere in the colorwork! Lily debuted this technique in her Mesa Pullover (Interweave Crochet Winter 2010) and demonstrates it in her Two-Color Tunisian in the Round video.

HOOK Size J/10 (6 mm) double-ended Tunisian crochet hook and H/8 (5 mm) standard crochet hook (for edging). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

NOTIONS Smooth, contrasting scrap yarn as marker; yarn needle.

GAUGE 16 sts and 16 rows = 4” in patt worked in the rnd with Tunisian hook, blocked.
