A wholly double-knitted sock with unvented heel construction. This is a toe-up sock and the sizing can easily be increased (instructions in pattern). The size given will fit my foot (UK 7:ish, EU 40) where my “normal” sock cast-on would be 64 stitches.

This pattern requires about 300 yards each of two colours. It will use more or less an equivalent amount of each.

This sock was a pattern for the 2014 Tour de Sock (round six) and will be released to the general public at a later date.
