Drag Kings often use a soft packer of some sort - either using a rolled up sock or a custom soft “dildo” made of special materials. The crochet Drag King Soft Packer is a DIY alternative to more expensive packers, and a way to create a soft packer that stays in shape (unlike a sock) and is the size and/or shape you like.

I used a 3.5 mm hook and Malabrigo merino yarn, but this pattern has a lot of room for improvisation, depending on your packing needs and available yarn.
