These fingerless mittens were designed for remote pilots, visual observers, and pilots of drones. Regular gloves or mittens may hinder their mission so I designed these to be less cumbersome.

The drone pic is easily embroidered on one mitt; you’re free to add RPIC, VO, or Pilot on the other.

With a gauge of 20 sts/4 inches, these are knit in the round in stockinette stitch on double pointed needles.

Worsted weight yarn, approximately 200 yards is perfect for these, providing warmth and flexibility.

These make a great gift for a drone enthusiast and are pretty quick to knit as there really is not much knitting.
