Druadan Forest Scarf
Druadan Forest is from Tolkien and is a pine forest in Gondor located north of Minas Tirith. It is inhabited by the ‘wild men’ of the woods.
When I saw this yarn I was reminded of forests and trees, with a slightly wild feel. I can see this being used for warmth when rambling forests and hills.
Druadan Forest Scarf has been worked from the centre out so you can make the most of those special skeins. With a simple lace pattern and charts to help it looks stunning in yarn that has a slow colour change. There is a bonus flower brooch included in this pattern, it can be used to decorate the scarf or as a separate accessory.
It can be made with 2 skeins of Entropy DK as shown here or another special yarn. Druadan Forest scarf is one size Width - 14”/36cm and Length - 58”/148cm, it could easily be made longer with more yarn.
Thank you to my tech editor Boricuacrochet for helping to get this pattern ready.
