Hat Pattern is written for
Newborn Head Circumference: 9” - 11” (use Size 13 needles)
Baby - to Toddler Head Circumference: 17” - 19”
Child 3-10 years old Head Circumference: 20” - 21”
Adult Head Circumference: 22” - 24”
