I love empire waist dresses. Their simple beauty elicits a feeling of youthfulness…add to that the element of tulle and you have a dress that is simply spectacular! For this dress, I shortened the bodice to raise the starting point of the tutu to just under the breastbone, I added pearl clusters at the sleeve and scallop edging around the neckline.
