Estonian Lullaby Baby Blanket (CH-41)
Lovely lace triangles sway back and forth between lines of purled garter stitch, creating a soothing pattern with comforting thermal warmth. Based on an Estonian stitch pattern, this lace blanket can be edged either with garter stitch or scalloped lace at the top and bottom. The 16-row lace pattern is simple to knit, and the purled stitches create guides that make it easy to read the lace as it is worked. Instructions are given for three yarn weights.
