This is a modification of the Evenstar Shawl by Susan Pandorf, published with the permission of the original designer. You will need a copy of the original pattern.

I love the look of circular shawls but have never figured out how to wear them so I convert them into capes. This file contains instructions for modifying the original design into a full circle cape, a semi-circular shawl and a three-quarter shawl. It also includes a modified Chart 2 (both chart and written instructions) to make it easier to work flat and a modified Border (both chart and written instructions).
