Fallen Lady Stole
by Amy Kaspar
In the Victorian Era, a woman who cheated on her husband was called “fallen,” or damaged goods. This pattern is a cheat on Victorian Lace…I do not knit forty feet of border to sew on later, so it’s Victorian-inspired, but not even close to authentic. The lace pattern is not too terribly challenging, but you will want to use a lifeline or two and a couple of stitch markers. There are both charts and written instructions, for whatever your pleasure.
