Bag is worked in four separate pieces: Body, Base, and 2 Handles with loops created by working groups of stitches with separate balls of yarn.

Bag is assembled, then felted.

Pattern is designed to encourage creativity. Use this pattern as inspiration, your Bag may not be exactly the same as that in the photo. During felting process, pull the loops into sculptural shapes as desired.
