Size after felting is approximate, since the felting process depends on a number of factors that can vary widely (temperature of water, amount of agitation, type of soap used, etc.)

Yarn

• For small bag Lamb’s Pride Worsted 85% wool, 25% mohair, 190 yds per 113 g skein 2 skeins
• For medium bag Lamb’s Pride Bulky 85% wool, 25% mohair, 125 yds per 113 g skein Use single strand - 2 skeins MC, 1 skein CC
• For large bag Lamb’s Pride Worsted  Used double - 4 skeins (2 skeins each color for 2 colored bag) -- OR --  Cascade 220 100% wool, 220 yds per 100g skein Use double - 4 skeins (2 skeins each color for 2 colored bag) -- OR -- Lamb’s Pride Bulky Used single 3 skeins (2 skeins mc, 1 skein cc).

Needles

For small bag, one US 11/ 8 mm 24 in/ 61 cm circular needle.
For large and medium bags, one US 15/ 10 mm 24 in/ 61 cm circular needle.

Notions

Strap notions are available at  fabric and craft stores:
2 yds webbing used for belts
3 metal slides to match the width of your strap
4-6 bachelor or dungaree buttons
