Additional Materials:
Wizard Hat:
small amount of gold or yellow fiber
star-shaped cookie cutter for template (optional)
felting needles
piece of thick foam to work on
Princess Hat:
1/2 yd. sheer fabric for veil
Gauge:
Unfelted: 13 sts = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette stitch (change needle size if necessary to maintain this gauge).
Felted: 16-18 sts = 4” (10 cm) (will vary with the amount of felting).
