The pattern is written in overlay crochet technique and is aimed to intermediate (or adventurous beginners) crocheters.

you can use any yarn for this project. But please note, that its weight and hook size will influence the size of the finished muffs. And I would recommend to choose stiffer yarns of contrasting colors.
