This little shawl is perfect for summer evenings, yet when you make the larger version it is comfortable for winter.

You can choose a soft yarn with subtle colour changes or a yarn in one colour. Either way you end up with a lovely shawl that has pretty flowers and really shows of the colour of the yarn. .

The edge is worked first, you pick up stitches and start with the shawl and the edge on either side.Later you knit the edge to the top of the shawl.
