The colours differ.
Patons #104 has 7 colours: natural, with oddments of white, yellow, brown, red, green and blue.

Patons #212 has 6 colours: natural, with oddments of green, blue, honey, white, and brown.

This pattern is almost identical to Gerda (only one line of the pattern (4th round) is different).

It is however not the same: the yarn used is much thicker. This affects the tension/gauge, making the result suitable for an adult and not a child.
