Using super bulky yarn allows this newsboy to be a quick instructional, advancement project when I am teaching looming courses. Single or multi-colors may be used and students can also learn how to change looms to adjust hat sizes up or down.

Skip wyif = lift loop from peg to be skipped and hold out of way; string working yarn behind emptied peg; replace loop on to peg
