I absolutely love how this blanket turned out. I’m sure this blanket will be a hit with new mother’s everywhere.

This project is not for a beginner to crochet. I would classify it as more of an Intermediate skill level due to the fact that this project requires concentration.

The instructions for the pineapple are not the usual instructions for a pineapple square. All rounds begin in a corner making no seam running up the side of the square.

This blanket can be made as large as you want before working the final rounds. You can use either a “J” or a “K” hook Instructions are in the pattern how to make the blanket larger. You can use a lighter weight baby yarn also but you will need to follow these instructions to make the blanket larger before beginning the final rounds.
