Size 11 [8 mm] 29-inch [75 cm] Circular Knitting Needles
Crochet Hook - Size N-13 (9 mm) for chained tie cord

Pattern: K5, p5 Rib (multiple of 10 sts)

Eyelet row partway through the work is used to weave tie cord to snug up the scarf.

Scarf is worked holding one strand each of A and B together throughout.

Circular needle is used to accommodate large number of stitches. Work back and forth on circular needle as if working on straight needles.

Pattern requires the crochet “chain” stitch.
