The slipped stitch pattern is very easy to knit and works well with semi-solid and variegated yarns. It could also work for certain handspun yarns.

I really like how it turned out with the Malabrigo yarns I used, but the pattern is adjustable so you could use it for stash-busting and use any yarn you have on hand.

The pattern contains detailed instructions for two different versions: allover texture or stockinette bands alternating with textured bands.

Tips (but not detailed instructions) are also included for how to make two-colour versions for those who want to give that a try.
