Gerda Socks are worked cuff down, seamlessly in the round with a heel flap. The leg of the sock is knitted in colorwork pattern while the foot is made in ribbing.

SIZES

S 60 sts and smaller needles
M 60 sts and bigger needles

Finished foot circumference: 21, 23 cm

The socks are designed to be worn with 2.5 cm of negative ease in width. Measure your foot circumference at the widest point, behind the toes.

YARN

2 skeins of Novita Viola in main color and 15g of contrasting color

My testers used approximately 300-400 m of yarn

NEEDLES

2.25 mm/3.0 mm for cuffs
2.5 mm/3.25 mm for the rest of sock

GAUGE

28 sts and 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm - in colorwork pattern worked in the round with 2.5 mm needles, after wet blocking (Fingering weight)

Note: Adjust needle size if necessary to get proper gauge.
