This little guy is 5” (13cm) tall and cute as can be. Super fun and quick to work up.

I was telling my 7 year old a story about a little bat who doesn’t realize he is a Halloween creature, and wants to dress up like all the other kids. After telling the story, we decided we needed to bring this little guy to life. So here is our little Ghost Bat, all ready for trick or treating.

Materials required:
MC: 47 yd (43m) aran weight acrylic or cotton yarn in black (sample made using: Craft Smart Value in color black): 26g
CC1: small amount of aran weight acrylic or cotton yarn in purple (sample made using: Craft Smart Value in color purple)
CC2: 29 yd (26m) aran weight acrylic or cotton yarn in white (sample made using: Craft Smart Value in color white): 16g
Size D (3.25mm) crochet hook
Size F (3.75mm) crochet hook
Darning needle
Batting for stuffing
9mm safety eyes
Embroidery thread in white

Description:
This is an intermediate level amigurumi crochet pattern. You will need to know how to chain stitches, single crochet, increase, and decrease. I include many high resolution photos throughout the pattern to help with the instruction.
