Both sides of this scarf are beautiful and completely reversible. The gordian knot cable has the knot in front and a ladder like look in the back. The front of the scarf background is the back side of the clove stitch with the front of the gordian knot. I reversed the patterns because I wanted the gordian knots to be the accent with a plainer background while the clove stitch texture would be accented paired with the simpler looking reverse side of the gordian knot.
