This pattern makes a nubbly, absorbent, durable hand towel, kitchen towel, or dish towel. Knit it in a softer cotton for a face towel.

Errata: I have just been notified of an error in the chart legend on page 4 in the 2017 version. The MC and CC designations are reversed. They are correct in the written instructions but not in the chart legend. The chart is correct, just the labels in the legend are reversed. Simply, after the border, you start with two rows of CC in the slip stitch pattern. I have corrected the file, and uploaded a corrected pdf. You should see both versions when you download the pattern. Use the corrected 2019 version if you want the corrected chart legend. This is a temporary upload that has one less photo than the 2017 version. Once I have fully reviewed and finalized the 2019 version, I will replace the temporary file and delete the 2017 version.
