This pattern can be knit out of any yarn, any gauge, with a needle size slightly larger than recommended for the yarn. The mango-colored sample shawl was made with about 800 yards (200 grams) of fingering weight yarn with US 6 & 7 needles, wingspan 96”, depth 24” after blocking.
