This is hat is knit from the top down. It starts at the tip of the horns which are knit individually and then joined to form the crown of the hat. The bill of the hat is formed using short rows and stockinette stitch so that the fabric rolls up to make the bill. There pattern includes 2 types of fastner: icord ties or a button loop.

Finished Size (unstretched):
13.5(14.75, 16) inches in circumference, 3.5(4, 4.5) inches from the crown to the brim and 6(7,8) inches
from crown to the tip of the earflaps.
