Hardy is worked from the top down. There is raglan shaping on the yoke, then at the underarms, the body and sleeve stitches are divided then worked separately. The pockets are worked seamlessly by increasing stitches at the top of the pocket, working the body and pocket separately, then joining them together with the body just before the ribbing. The center front edge of the pocket is joined to the body when picking up stitches for the button bands.
