This pattern is fun to knit. You need one skein in colors and one skein in white, but you can choose any colors you like. The sock yarn I used produces hearts in different colors and that adds to the look of mittens. Cascade yarn 220 in natural color is in sport weight, but I found that this yarn pairs very well with Berocco Sox sock yarn.
The completed mittens are a wonderful gift for someone or to enjoy wearing yourself.
