Heirloom Baby Christening Set
Create a beautiful christening dress and bonnet with pure cotton crochet thread. This hand crocheted set is destined to be cherished and handed down to future generations. (Aunt Lydia’s)

Sizes:
Instructions given for newborn; changes for sizes 3–6 months and 9–12 months are in ( ).
Materials:
• Aunt Lydia’s Classic Crochet or South Maid size 10 crochet cotton (400 yds per ball): 6 7, 8 balls #1 white
• Sizes 2.25 mm US B-1 and 2.75 US C-2 steel crochet hooks or size needed to obtain gauge
-¼” wide satin ribbon: 21 yds (20 m)
-Three (3) 8” buttons for dress
-Tapestry needle
Gauge:
In pattern st and larger hook, 29 sts = 4”, 7 dc rows = 2”. Take time to check gauge.
