An out-of print booklet (late 1970s?) by White Buffalo Yarns which includes instructions on how to make a Cowichan-style sweater. Patterns for both men and women, as well as pullover, cardigan, or bomber jacket styles included. Charts depicting pattern and finishing instructions are included.

Note that first number given for needle size is in Canadian/UK system, followed by metric and US sizes. No. 1 needle = 7.5mm/US 11, No. 4 needle = 6mm/US 10.

Three colours of yarn are required: main, background, and pattern. Suggested colour combinations are provided on the back cover of the booklet.

While the recommended yarn is discontinued, suitable substitutes are available (e.g. Custom Woolen Mills).
