Hogwarts House Crest Scarf
This is a pattern for a Harry Potter themed scarf I’ve created recently. It includes all four Hogwarts House crest - Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw and Slytherin respectfully - as well as the word HOGWARTS along the middle section of the scarf. It is worked from the bottom up, and in the round (you complete the given instructions twice in one full row to create a duplicate pattern on the reverse side). Rainbow tassels are an optional addition that I think really completes the look of the scarf!
Measurements:
8” (20cm) in width, 61” (152.5cm, 424 rows) in length, not including tassels
Gauge:

Needles:
US 7/4.5mm circular needle with 15” (37.5cm) loop

224 Methyl Blue (L - 1 skeins each 50g)
1946 Silver Gray Heather (M - 1 skeins each 50g)
PLEASE USE SCRAP YARN, there is no need for you to actually buy this much yarn to complete the scarf; many colours are only used in one crest.
Also, do not take my word on the Yardage, I am horrible at estimating how much yarn I have used or even how much yarn I need.
