This hooded baby towel is worked on the bias (knit diagonally) just like a garter stitch blanket but with cotton yarn. The hood is knit separately and then seamed after the towel is worked. Hood in sample is seamed with crochet, but any seaming method is acceptable.

The entire hooded baby towel requires 880 yards (820 yards for only the towel, 60 yards for only the hood).
