ERRATA Row 2 should read as follows:

sl 1 as if to knit, * p1, k1 into the row below, repeat from * to end of row.

Also!! The second buttonhole placement is not specified. It should be placed in four stitches from the end of the buttonhole row. This will be better worded & fixed in the final pattern.
