This adorable treat was made as favor bags for a birthday party. You can whip up several in 1 day in any flavor imaginable. Make them a wristlet with a drawstring top and fill with little goodies for each guest or follow the optional instructions to stuff and close it off for a play food ice cream cone. Like having 2 patterns in one!
