This pattern is named Inga after my mother.
I found a mitten like this in a swedish knitting magazine from 1954. The women who is wearing them looks like my mother did around this year.
I have changed the pattern for my yarn and also completed it with a corrugated rib and latvian braid.
Length can be adjusted if you skip one or two rounds between the stars.

At round 1 there must be increases instead of decreases!

A big misstake! In the written instructions: from round 55 -65 there must be 4 decreases instead of 3 that I have written. Look at the chart!
