This pattern is for a washable, non-slip insole/shoe liner. The insoles can be used in any shoe--heels, flats, men’s shoes. It is a great alternative to those “no-show” socks (that always show) to keep your feet and shoes fresh.

The suggested yarn is 100% superwash Merino wool. Benefits of using wool:

• Naturally antimicrobial, which prevents odor
• Has a natural water wicking property which prevents moisture from being retained
• Regulates temperature so it should keep you from getting too hot or cold
• Is water repellent and mildew resistant

The insole is customizable for any shoe size. A ladies’ sizing chart is included in the pattern.
