This little gal is worked tail to head in one piece. Short row wings are picked up and worked along the back.
Itty Bitty dragon is about 4” long overall. Tail should be about 1 inch, Body about 1 inch. Head and neck about 2 inches.

You should be able to scale her up simply by choosing bigger needles and thicker yarn. (needle size should be 2 sizes below what is called for on yarn wrapper for a firm stuffing hiding fabric)
