The Jackson hat is stretchy and will generally fit all heads. A great hat design for both women and men, it’s warm with a bit of slouch.

A friend, Ms. BettyMcKnit, suggested the following decreases if you struggle with the ones provided:

row 71: (work 10 sts in established pattern p2 together) around, work 4 stitches at end (92 stitches)
72: even, no decreases
73: work 6, p2together, (work 9, p2together) around, end work 7 (84 sts)
74: work one round even, no decreases
75: work 2, p2together, (work 8, p2together) around (oops, stopped counting how many stitches)
76: work one round even, no decreases
77: k1, p2together (work 7, p2 together) around
78: even, no decreasing
79: p, k, p2together, (work 6, p2together) around
80: one round even, no decreases
