ABOUT
The Junction Beanie is worked sideways using 3 colors and a color-changing technique that allows you to carry the yarn up the side of your work which means there’s only a few ends to weave in. The unique ribbed texture is achieved by working a series of different stitches into a variety of loops.

SKILLS USED

SIZING
This pattern comes with instructions for 2 sizes: Adult Medium (Adult Large) ranging in head circumference from 20 - 24 in 51 - 61 cm. The adult medium fits head circumferences of 21 - 22.5 in 53.5 - 57 cm, and the adult large fits head circumferences of 22.5 - 24 in 53.5 - 61 cm.

MATERIALS
Yarn: Cascade Yarns Cascade 220
220 yds 200 m / 3.5 oz 100 g
(other suggested yarns include Berroco Lanas, Filcolana Peruvian Highland Wool, Hobbii Friends Wool, or Drops Karisma but most worsted weight yarns should work)
Hook: G/4 mm crochet hook or any other hook needed to obtain the gauge
Other: Stitch markers, darning needle, scissors, tape measure

AMOUNT OF YARN NEEDED
This design is worked with 3 colors. You’ll need the following quantities of each color:
Adult Medium: 90 yds 80 m / 1.4 oz 40 g of each color (3 colors total)
Adult Large: 100 yds 90 m / 1.6 oz 45 g of each color (3 colors total)
