The Junior Christmas Jumper is the perfect comfy knit for little ones to wear over the festive season. With prancing reindeer taking centre stage on the decorative yoke it will also appeal to those little ones too!

This fun and easy-to-wear jumper is knitted in the round from the bottom up to the underarm; at this point the sleeves are then knitted separately before the pieces are knitted together and the decorative yoke is then knitted. A rolled neckline finishes the jumper.

The Junior Christmas Sweater is knitted in Excelana North fingering weight, a soft, yet durable yarn which is perfect for colourwork, and uses two contrasting shades. Our sample has been knitted using Icelandic Moss as the main shade with Alabaster as the contrast.

The sample shown is the 4th size to fit age four years.

The pattern comes in a range of sizes to fit from ages one to eight years and contains clear written instructions and full colour charts, plus a comprehensive schematic diagram and sizing chart.
