Forget-Me-Not wreath is a design written for the gentle and romantic shawl enthusiast.
This shawl with its elegant flower edging will not only enhance any outfit, but provides warmth and therefore is practical at the same time.
Thanks to its special construction, this shawl drapes easily and stays in place even without an additional shawl pin.
Let your imagination play and make this design truly your own by using gradient or self-striping yarn with longer color repeats or yarn remnants in different solid colors to turn your very own personal flowers into what you want them to be – humble Forget-Me-Nots, subtle pale pink blossoms, garishly loud primroses or dark deep purple violets, it’s up to you and the yarn you find.

Dimensions of finished shawl – variable, depending on yarn amount available and endurance of knitter.

Materials needed:
Yarn Fingering / 4 ply (14 wpi)
• 850 yards – small shawlette (child-sized)
• 1500 yards – regular size

Needles: US 0 – 2.0 mm circular needle

Additionally:
• opaque beads № 6, color: yellow,
200 pieces - child-sized / 400 pieces - regular size (5 beads per blossom)
• Crochet hook for adding beads

Difficulty level: medium.
Less experienced knitters may work a simpler version, omitting the beads.
