12-18 mos: 16 1/2 inches
18 mos – 3 years: 17 1/2 inches
3- 4 years: 18 1/2 inches

Less than 600 yards of white yarn
Less than 300 yards of black yarn

Gauge: size 6 needles worked stockinette stitch in the round, 8 stitches = 2”
