This airy modesty panel is knit flat in a lovely French lace pattern and is attached to the bra. It is meant to be worn with any top that is low-cut, giving additional coverage without adding layers.

The pattern gives details on how to adjust the size of the panel, and how to attach it. Alternatively, the panel could be sewn permanently into a favorite top. It is quick to knit and uses a small amount of yarn. The instructions are very detailed for clarity. Laceweight yarn or crochet cotton is idea (as in the white lace panel here)l, but 4ply sock yarn will also work well with the same needle size (as in the black lace panel shown).
