Are you a knitter who has never tried Tunisian (Afghan) crochet? Maybe you don’t like to crochet, or maybe you never even heard of this technique. Tunisian (Afghan) crochet is a cross between knitting and crochet and it forms a lovely fabric that looks as if it’s been woven. It’s VERY easy and is quick and fun!!

Crocheters have their own established way of doing Tunisian (Afghan) crochet, but since I’m primarily a knitter who is happy to do single crochet and reverse single crochet edges on my knitted projects, I prefer to approach the craft from a knitter’s point of view.

I know you’ll have fun learning this technique and I’ve worked hard to come up with a little booklet with photos and descriptions that will help you to learn. As with all my patterns, I’m always available to help, so if you have any questions as you work through your lesson and project, contact me. I want you to have fun and be successful.

AS AN ADDED BONUS, I’ve included instructions for making the shawl pin!!
