Am besten sieht der Schal aus in einem dünnen Garn (wie z.B. Sockengarn oder Mohair).
Der Schal rollt sich aufgrund des glatt rechten Gestricks ein und erzeugt so eine Spirale, die an den Enden durch die angehäkelten Picots betont wird.
