This ruffly scarf is made by working the same lace pattern into both sides of the foundation chain. The lace doesn’t sit quite flat, making it ruffle softly and drape nicely around your neck.
I used just over one skein of Soft & Shiny by Loops & Threads in Burgandy, with an H hook. My finished scarf is 9”x72”.
I have enjoyed this scarf so much, I even made three for Christmas presents!
